The Sax is a new multifunctional development consisting of two towers: the lower Philadelphia and the higher Havana. The towers will house both residential units and private parking spaces. The connecting bridge at a height of 70 metres consists of apartments with general facilities on the roof, a roof garden, meeting places and a fitness area. The ground floor will be reserved for commercial facilities. Extensive public parking facilities will be provided in an underground parking garage.
