On behalf of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Eric has been involved in the Mall of The Netherlands project in his role as Development Manager from the start of the definition phase. Within this complex project (investment value € 590 million), in which the existing Leidsenhage shopping center is transformed into a high-quality shopping experience of more than 117,000 m2, Eric, as a delegated client, delivered a great added value.
On the one hand his broad expertise in the field of design management, contract management and realization management and on the other his calm, reliability and dedication, Eric has become a stable factor within the development and realization team of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for this project. His ability to think in general terms and to manage at a detailed level has certainly contributed to the successful completion of the Mall of The Netherlands project by the end of 2020.
In addition to his enormous value as a collective memory and conscience with flawless file knowledge, it was above all his pleasant personality that makes me look back with great pleasure on my collaboration with Eric in recent years.
I am certainly looking forward to the opportunity for a future project where we can work together again. It is clear to me that Eric makes sure that my projects become a lot more successful.
