What can a client expect from Cityscapes? Ouwerkerk: "Then you have the complete unburdening of my client and with my 360-degree view and dedication I am in a position to manage risks and control the project".
Ouwerkerk: "My work is of course dealing with time, money and quality, these are central to the delivery of a project, and throughout the whole preparation and implementation process. My responsibility starts with the completion of the Final Design, specifications and contract formation, finishing the working drawings, and managing the contractors and consultants during the construction process. Furthermore, a task that should not be underestimated, are the consultations with and deliver to the investors and other stakeholders. "
The size of the project does not matter. Ouwerkerk: "The Rotterdam is obviously of an on-Dutch scale and complexity. Such large scale buildings with such a mix of uses, with all the complexity that is associated with it, are the exception here. When I was asked to join and head the team of the Rotterdam I was more then happy to take up this challenge”.
Eric Ouwerkerk gathered his experience and skills during his work and stay in various European countries. He has a background in engineering, knows the ins and outs of lead consultancy plus, working as the Client during the preparation and construction period. He holds an MSc in property development and project management.
Both senior project management of large, complex projects and project management of renovation and new construction projects are part of his experience.
The projects which Ouwerkerk has been involved in are frequently awarded.
