The design of the Sax is characterized by two towers, the 185 meter high Havana tower and the 100 meter high Philadelphia tower, which are connected with a horizontal construction part. The Sax will house apartments and a hotel.
A total of 160,000 m2, 240 rental and purchase apartments, 60,000 m2 of offices, 4-star hotel, 285 rooms, 2,000 m2 of conference space, 1,500 m2 of leisure and Waterfront area, 670 parking spaces.
